Monday 22nd April: songs and skinny jeans.
Tuesday 23rd April: happy st. georges day and happy birthday shakespeare!
Wednesday 24th April: i survived cricket training... just!
Thursday 25th April: rooftops, clouds and a sunset.
Friday 26th April: 'always do your best, what you plant now, you will harvest later'.
Saturday 27th April: doctor who, hail, cooking and coursework.
Sunday 28th April: cricket, aches and other stuff.
Well this week has been pretty full... It's seen a 3 month counter to my birthday, 6 months til Kenya, a return to cricket after avoiding it for a while, some of my most popular photos of the day being taken and lots of other random stuff :)

You know when you have one of those weeks that you do lots in and it feels good? I've had one of them, however, there's other things that I've let annoy me so much, a perfect example of this is an email I got today, normally it wouldn't have bothered me, but I think the fact that I've been trying pretty hard in the past few weeks made it that little bit more annoying. Still, this email was fine until the end when I got told 'a lot of work still to do but you maybe shouldn't have left it so long!!' ok, so the fact that I'd emailed said teacher nearly 3 weeks before today, with a draft, and it took until Friday, for her to give me any feedback, my coursework is due in next Friday? And I have two mocks this week, much appreciated, thanks!!

Still, onto the better things :) helped out with one of the boys cricket clubs this week at school, which was good. Returned to cricket, went to training on Wednesday, which wasn't too bad, although still not better from being ill in the past two weeks and that obviously showed... Today's match didn't go very well, we lost... I went in to bat 2nd, faced a few balls and then got out for 2... Safe to say my head still isn't quite back into it. My bowling was pretty good though, and I got a wicket, which is always a plus :)

Next week could be a challenge... But hey, how bad can coursework, two mocks, three cricket sessions, three sessions with 'challenging' young people and a few other things really be?

Quote of the Week: 'always do your best, what you plant now, you will harvest later'. This is what I'm trying to live by at the moment especially as I'm going into 'exams season'. It's an important thing to remember with everything you do really, just the fact that the more you try now, the more you'll gain when you get to the end.

Keep Your Head Up - Ben Howard: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADP65wbBUpc
Just love this song, listen to pretty much every day, definitely a feel good song for the summer :)

Twitter of the week: Lots went on this week, Daisy Guttridge favourited, RT'd and tweeted me quite a bit and followed me back, Jenna Louise Coelman (Clara from Doctor Who) favourited one of my tweets, Colton and Zara, MLICOfficial (Brady Szuhaj from Late Nite Reading) and The Natterjacks followed me... and no, I didn't ask any of them :)

I'm now off to have a hot chocolate, do some PE revision for my mock tomorrow, and then get some sleep :)

evan. :)
